Alien or ...?

Little Lyra (pronounced like lyrics) got off to a bumpy start in pre-life. As of 17 March 1995 she was completely indeterminate:

Greg still can't tell which parts are supposed to be her. Things were a little clearer by 10 May 1995:

[another small ultrasound image: the hideous truth revealed!]

Note, however, the alarming resemblance both to Darth Vader and to the T800 Terminator endo-skeleton:
